WHAT ABOUT RESCHEDULING?

WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE?
Life happens and we know that! I try to be as flexible as possible when scheduling. There are so many hoops that a moving family must jump through to get moved. There is securing the house, apartment or storage, then coordinating kids and pets, personal health challenges, work, school, utilities to be turned off or turned on, mail to be forwarded and the list goes on. I strive to be the least complicated part of your process.
But get on my schedule. If we need to adjust, then that is what we must do. But don't wait until the day before to call me to schedule and expect an opening, that seldom works out for anyone.
But things do happen. Pipes burst, people get sick, closings get delayed. As soon as you get this new information, CALL ME! I would hate to hold your spot and miss helping another family. The movers need to be able to rely on working to take care of their families too. So working together is the best way for this to happen.

WHAT HAPPENS TO THE SCREWS FROM MY FURNITURE? Many times beds and other furniture items are assembled with screws or other hardware. We recommend that you have some sealable baggies available to put them in and label them per item (kind bed, queen bed, Mary's bed, Tommy's dresser mirror screws) and so forth.

DO YOU MOVE SAFES? I get this question a lot. And yes, we do. But we need to know a lot more about the safe than, "it's heavy"!! Make/brand Model Height Weight Depth Stairs at load address? Stairs at unload address? Going over grass at either address? Will it be empty? Does the door come off? Basically I need to know everything about it so that I can plan and have proper resources.
