This is a subtitle for your new post

WHAT IS A DANGEROUS CONDITION?
Examples are: dangerous conditions such as weak structures (holes in the floor-(yes, a man has fallen through the floor while moving a washer), excessive traffic in the residence or building (children, pets, other tenants), slippery areas (wet or icy floors or sidewalks), hazardous conditions such as domestic disturbances, no power/lights, mold, pests (mice, roaches, etc.), animal feces etc. Because we cannot "see" your items, we rely on your judgment and disclosure of the goods AND conditions of your move.

WHAT HAPPENS TO THE SCREWS FROM MY FURNITURE? Many times beds and other furniture items are assembled with screws or other hardware. We recommend that you have some sealable baggies available to put them in and label them per item (kind bed, queen bed, Mary's bed, Tommy's dresser mirror screws) and so forth.

DO YOU MOVE SAFES? I get this question a lot. And yes, we do. But we need to know a lot more about the safe than, "it's heavy"!! Make/brand Model Height Weight Depth Stairs at load address? Stairs at unload address? Going over grass at either address? Will it be empty? Does the door come off? Basically I need to know everything about it so that I can plan and have proper resources.
