WHAT IS A LIMITED SERVICE MOVE?
A limited service move is a move that is not a full move. It is loading or unloading a truck, container or trailer, for example.
On limited service moves, our liability ends when we are no longer in control of your goods. This includes, but is not limited to loading containers (such as PODS), you load and they drive trucks (such as ABF), rental trucks (such as Ryder, Penske, Uhaul even when we load and unload the rental truck).
Because we are not in control off your goods from start to finish, we cannot ensure their safety therefore we cannot insure them.
I can coach you on how to minimize your risk and exposure in each situation. Give me a call!

WHAT HAPPENS TO THE SCREWS FROM MY FURNITURE? Many times beds and other furniture items are assembled with screws or other hardware. We recommend that you have some sealable baggies available to put them in and label them per item (kind bed, queen bed, Mary's bed, Tommy's dresser mirror screws) and so forth.

DO YOU MOVE SAFES? I get this question a lot. And yes, we do. But we need to know a lot more about the safe than, "it's heavy"!! Make/brand Model Height Weight Depth Stairs at load address? Stairs at unload address? Going over grass at either address? Will it be empty? Does the door come off? Basically I need to know everything about it so that I can plan and have proper resources.
