WHAT IS BASIC VALUE PROTECTION (AKA RELEASED VALUE PROTECTION)
*We do not cover pressboard furniture due to the inherent likelihood that it cracks and breaks. We do not cover boxes that are PBO (packed by owner) unless the box shows signs of damage. We do not cover lawns or yards or landscaping when the tenant or owner has instructed us to park in such a place. We do not cover Trinitron televisions due to their fragile nature and unstable and unbalanced weight distribution. All flat screen and LCD TVs must be boxed or crated to be covered.

WHAT HAPPENS TO THE SCREWS FROM MY FURNITURE? Many times beds and other furniture items are assembled with screws or other hardware. We recommend that you have some sealable baggies available to put them in and label them per item (kind bed, queen bed, Mary's bed, Tommy's dresser mirror screws) and so forth.

DO YOU MOVE SAFES? I get this question a lot. And yes, we do. But we need to know a lot more about the safe than, "it's heavy"!! Make/brand Model Height Weight Depth Stairs at load address? Stairs at unload address? Going over grass at either address? Will it be empty? Does the door come off? Basically I need to know everything about it so that I can plan and have proper resources.
